Afghanistan : un gendarme français à la tête de la division « Police » du NTM-A : Lignes de défense

C’est un gendarme français, le général Christian Dupouy (photo ISAF prise à Kandahar), qui commande actuellement la division « Police » de la NTM-A, la Nato Training Mission Afghanistan. Il a pris son poste en septembre. Son titre précis : « Commander, Combined Training Advisory Group - Police (CTAG-P) ».
