The German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE), one of the leading research institutions for development policy worldwide, is offering refugees (mainly those living in the Colgone/Bonn area) with academic reference to DIE’s topics the possibility to get involved with the Institute’s activities. The Institute could integrate interested refugees with according qualifications into its activities on different levels:
• Participation in our “Managing Global Governance” (MGG) Academy. The MGG programme intends to strengthen the capacities of partner countries in coshaping the processes of global transformation towards
sustainable and inclusive development and in managing the interfaces of domestic and international policies by bringing together young researchers and government officials from rising powers for dialogue and training
sessions.
• Collaboration within the Institute’s research programmes and projects.
• Active participation in one of the various lecture series of DIE.
