Une délégation du collectif francilien de soutien à Notre-Dame-des-Landes s'est donné rendez-vous ce samedi matin pour une action dans le VIIIe arrondissement de Paris. Sur une petite place, une poignée de militants attendent les retardataires avec de gros sacs et des mines de conspirateurs amusés. Depuis des mois, les opposants à l'aéroport conservent précieusement dans des bidons et cagettes de la « Zone à défendre » les cadavres de grenades assourdissantes et lacrymogènes lancées par les gendarmes. Ils en ont confié quelques kilos à leurs camarades parisiens.
Pour dénoncer « la domination policière et la violence industrielle qui l'accompagne », ils ont mené une opération de « retour à l'envoyeur », en déversant des dizaines de munitions usagées devant le siège de l'un de leurs fabricants, Nobel Sport. La porte du siège social a été recouverte d'autocollants et des tracts « Guerre aux vendeurs d'armes » laissés sur place. On peut y lire :
« Pour tous les hématomes et les yeux perdus, les crânes et les mâchoires fracturé-e-s, les thorax enfoncés et les ligaments sectionnés, et pour les ami-e-s qui garderont toute leur vie le traumatisme des violences policières, nous ouvrons les hostilités contre le parti de la mort. »
Les militants pouvaient même espérer faire d'une pierre trois coups : dans ce quartier chic de la capitale, l'entreprise Nobel a son siège dans le même immeuble que le fabriquant de lance-grenades Cougar, voisin d'une armurerie Beretta et de l'ambassade du Kazakhstan.
L'action coïncide avec une journée contre la répression policière organisée dans le cadre du Frap (Festival des résistances et des alternatives à Paris).

Not surprisingly, Pinterest users have fought back against criticisms of the site, and rightly so: Telling women what they should be interested in and doing online is patronizing and counterproductive. Is being girly still such a bad thing in our culture? Why are wedding dresses and cupcake recipes any more frivolous than cat photos and rage-face memes? There's an obvious double standard at work in criticisms of the site. If there's a problem with Pinterest, it's this: Pinterest is perceived as the women's space online to the general exclusion of other spaces. The media and popular culture are now painting it as a pink ghetto that defines what women are passionate about and how they behave online. It's not a problem that a lot of women love pinning content about fashion and home decor on Pinterest, but it is a problem if a Pinterest stereotype ends up standing in for all women on the web.

Titre éloquent qu'on a immédiatement envie de compléter en disant : « et les femmes ne sont pas toutes des féministes ». Dont acte, merci pour cette évidence.

Le féminisme implique deux choses :
– Accepter d'ouvrir les yeux sur la réalité choquante des discriminations
– Vouloir prendre une part active pour que les choses changent
Si les mouvements du logiciel et de la culture libres ont bien quelque chose en commun avec les mouvements féministes, c'est leur volonté de modifier l'ordre des choses pour favoriser un écosystème qui libère l'individu. Or, l'ordre établi est celui du patriarcat.
Et si le logiciel libre sortait du pré carré geek pour s'ouvrir à toutes et tous, sans discrimination ? Cela impliquerait de revoir le fonctionnement interne de chaque organisation et de développer un écosystème favorable et ouvert (tiens !) en se souciant de faire de la place à des voix différentes (faire émerger de nouvelles et nouveaux intervenant-e-s par exemple, ce qui suppose de leur faire de la place), à choisir des lieux accessibles à toutes et tous et à investir des lieux différents (pas seulement des repaires de technophiles).

Als Syntax nahmen wir das leicht verständliche und weit verbreitete markdown, das sich wie einfacher Text liest. Um die Gesetzestexte in schöne Formate konvertieren zu können, entschieden wir uns für das mächtige pandoc, das unser verwendetes markdown mit sinnvoller Syntax anreichert. Die Patches haben wir dem kleinen, aber feinen Tool quilt erstellt. Den letzten Schliff gaben wir dem Projekt mit der selbst geschriebenen Software DocPatch.
Wir beschränken uns nicht auf den reinen Text und die Änderungen, sondern gehen einen Schritt weiter: Mit Hilfe von weiteren strukturierten Daten („Metadaten”) stellen wir den Text als solches und alle Änderungen in einen größeren Kontext: Wann wurde eine Änderung verabschiedet? Wer hat sie initiiert, wer unterschrieben? Das sind alles Fragen, die wir versuchen zu beantworten.

Avant le 26.5.1993 la constitution disait dans une phrase très simple que chaque personne qui était victime de persécutions pour des raisons politiques avait droit à la protection par l'état allemand qui était obligé de l'accueillir. Actuellement cette phrase est suivie par un très long paragraphe dont la raison d'être est de décrire toutes les raisons possibles pour refuser de l'aide á des personnes en danger.

Conclusion : Ce dimanche on fêtera dix ans de trahison des idéaux humains introduit dans la constitution de l'Allemagne après l'expérience du nazisme. Merci à tous les députés qui ont voté pour l'ère nouvelle.

The Allegro Ritmico begins with different rhythms in the violas, then the cellos, then the violins. This is descriptive of renewed activity in industry. Above these constant rhythms are heard the different anthems of the nations as they unite their common efforts for the prosperity and the betterment of mankind. Toward the end of the composition, the rhythms of industry acquire a joyous, triumphant tone; while the brass, playing in a broadened tempo, repeats “Ever Onward” which is now played in its entirety.

Masses of people singing the praises of their leaders and pledging loyalty is something that is historically tainted. We just don't do that today, at least not outside of North Korea. But we must be cautious if we try to read 1942 into 1937. In the days before television, and when radio was still young, group singing, to a piano or small band was quite common. Some readers might remember this even reaching into the television era with NBC's “Sing Along with Mitch” show.

Comme l'avait remarqué le World Socialist Web Site il y a plusieurs mois, les tirades de Grillo contre la corruption, les grands monopoles et la bureaucratie de l'État n'étaient qu'un programme destiné à démanteler l'état social et les avancées historiques obtenues par la classe ouvrière. Au nom de la lutte contre le gaspillage, Grillo demande la suppression de centaines de milliers d'emplois dans les services publics et des mesures pour accélérer la privatisation des universités, des hôpitaux et des autres institutions.
Son programme économique reflète les intérêts de petits et moyens entrepreneurs qui sont écrasés par le grand capital. Défendre la classe moyenne aigrie sans remettre en question le système de profit amène inévitablement à s'en prendre à la classe ouvrière. L'attaque de Grillo contre la couche la plus faible de cette classe – c'est-à-dire les immigrés – en est le résultat inévitable.
Le fait que le caractère droitier de la politique de Grillo n'a pas été pleinement compris est lié au rôle joué par les groupes de la pseudo-gauche comme ATTAC, le PRC (Parti de la refondation communiste) et le SEL (Gauche, écologie et liberté) de Nichi Vendola. Des années durant, ils ont exprimé leur admiration pour Grillo et continuent à coopérer avec lui jusqu'à aujourd'hui.
