Run Wrake - Rabbit (2005)
a trawl through a junk shop resulted in finding a collection of envelopes stuffed with 1950s educational sticker sheets which were in surprinsingly good condition. Run waited the best part of two decades for a chance to use them in the right project.
Final film stills from Rabbit illustrate a collection of processes and techniques combined to achive the final look, including scanned stickers, hand drawn elements and live action shots of the sky, composited together in Photoshop and After Effects to reveal a creeping undercorrent of violence in the seemingly innocent world of nostalgic childrens book illustration.
