Lebanese police have arrested two teenage brothers suspected of strangling their sister to death in an “honor killing,” the Internal Security Forces said in a statement Friday. The body of the 24-year-old Syrian woman, identified by her first name Diala, was discovered Thursday near a school in the northern Lebanon town of Dedde, the report said.
