Dozens of employees of #Lebanon’s state-owned telecommunications company protested in support of Gaza outside their Beirut headquarters Tuesday. Employees of #MTC_Touch held pictures showing the devastation in Gaza caused by #Israel’s relentless assault launched two weeks ago, ending with a moment of silence “in mourning of the lives of the children killed,” according to a statement issued by the participants. “This was an initiative made by MTC employees,” IT specialist Majed Abdel Jawad told Al-Akhbar, noting that the protest was not officially sanctioned by the company. read more
