Is it possible to tell whether someone is a #criminal just from looking at their face or listening to the sound of their #voice? The idea may seem ludicrous, like something out of science fiction — Big Brother in “1984” detects any unconscious look “that carried with it the suggestion of abnormality” — and yet, some companies have recently begun to answer this question in the affirmative. AC Global Risk, a startup founded in 2016, claims to be able to determine your level of “#risk” as an employee or an asylum-seeker based not on what you say, but how you say it.

AC Global Risk, which boasts the consulting firm of Robert Gates, Condoleezza Rice, and Stephen Hadley on its advisory board, has advertised contracts with the U.S. Special Operations Command in Afghanistan, the Ugandan Wildlife Authority, and the security teams at Palantir, Apple, Facebook, and Google, among others. The extensive use of risk screening in these and other markets, Martin has said, has proven that it is “highly accurate, scalable, cost-effective, and capable of high throughput.” AC Global Risk claims that its RRA system can simultaneously process hundreds of individuals anywhere in the world. Now, in response to President Donald Trump’s calls for the “extreme vetting” of immigrants, the company has pitched itself as the ultimate solution for “the monumental refugee crisis the U.S. and other countries are currently experiencing.”

Pelosi has also held staunchly pro-Israel views that have at times even out flanked the GOP from the right.
In 2005, while addressing AIPAC, Pelosi had waxed poetic about her personal experiences in Israel and how they shaped her views: “This spring, I was in Israel as part of a congressional trip that also took us to Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq. One of the most powerful experiences was taking a helicopter toward Gaza, over the path of the security fence. We set down in a field that belonged to a local kibbutz. It was a cool but sunny day, and the field was starting to bloom with mustard. Mustard is a crop that grows in California, and it felt at that moment as if I were home.”
Pelosi, who was the 52nd Speaker of the House, previously served from 2007 to 2011 in the position which coincided with the 2008-2009 Israel-Gaza war known as Operation Cast Lead. In 2009, Pelosi sponsored a resolution that passed the House by a 390-5 majority blaming the Palestinian side for the violence and reaffirming U.S. support for Israel and a peaceful resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
The resolution quoted then Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who said in 2008, “We strongly condemn the repeated rocket and mortar attacks against Israel and hold Hamas responsible for breaking the cease-fire and for the renewal of violence there.”
Stephen Zunes, author and professor of Middle Eastern Studies at the University of San Francisco, pointed out at the time that the language in the House decision was even to the right of the Bush administration, which supported the UN Security Council resolution condemning “all acts of violence and terror directed against civilians” - the congressional resolution only condemns the violence and terror of Hamas.
Pelosi’s resolution also called for “the immediate release of the kidnapped Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, who has been illegally held in Gaza since June 2006.”
The Shalit kidnapping was a personal issue for Pelosi, who in 2008, while meeting with then Israeli Knesset speaker Dalia Itzik, held up dog tags of three Israeli soldiers kidnapped in 2006. Two of them belonged to Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev, whose bodies were repatriated to Israel earlier that year. The third belonged to Gilad Shalit, who at the time was still believed to be held by Hamas in Gaza. Shalit was famously freed in 2011 as part of a prisoner exchange deal.
Pelosi said she kept them as a “symbol of the sacrifices made, sacrifices far too great by the people of the state of Israel.”
However, she hasn’t always been been on the right side of the pro-Israel divide. In 2014 Pelosi was criticized for suggesting Hamas is a humanitarian organization. On CNN she said, “And we have to confer with the Qataris, who have told me over and over again that Hamas is a humanitarian organization.” The host of the segment Candy Crowley then interrupted her to ask, “The U.S. thinks they’re a terrorist organization though, correct? Do you?” Pelosi responded with, “Mmm hmm.”
After receiving a lashing from the likes of Megyn Kelly on Fox News and The Republican Jewish Coalition Matthew Brook, Pelosi’s office released a statement, “As Leader Pelosi reiterated in her CNN interview, Hamas is a terrorist organization.”
Pelosi was also a vocal critic of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to a joint session of the U.S. Congress denouncing then-President Obama’s nuclear deal, which she supported.
After the speech she released a very harshly worded condemnation saying, “That is why, as one who values the U.S. – Israel relationship, and loves Israel, I was near tears throughout the prime minister’s speech – saddened by the insult to the intelligence of the United States as part of the P5 +1 nations, and saddened by the condescension toward our knowledge of the threat posed by Iran and our broader commitment to preventing nuclear proliferation.”
Pelosi, who was endorsed this week by J Street in her bid for speaker, addressed the 2017 AIPAC Policy Conference by reading a J Street-backed letter, which was signed by 191 members of Congress, mostly Democrats, urging U.S. President Donald Trump to support a two-state solution.
“As strong supporters of Israel, we write to urge you to reaffirm the United States’ long-standing, bipartisan commitment to supporting a just and lasting two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict,” Pelosi said.
“It is our belief that a one-state outcome risks destroying Israel’s Jewish and democratic character, denies the Palestinians fulfillment of their legitimate aspirations, and would leave both Israelis and Palestinians embroiled in an endless and intractable conflict for generations to come,” she continued.
Pelosi, at 78, represents the Democratic establishment’s traditional position on Israel, coupling unwavering support for Israeli defense and the two-state solution for peace between Israel and Palestinians, a bipartisan position that courts both AIPAC and J Street and doesn’t diverge too far from that of centrist Republicans. Unlike some new members of her caucus who criticize Israel for “occupying” the West Bank or for human rights abuses, Pelosi reservers her criticism only for Israeli leaders or policies she disagrees with, most prominently Netanyahu.

So they developed what they called the ‘feet people’ argument, which was that unless we stopped the communists in Nicaragua and San Salvador, 10 per cent – they came up with that figure somewhere – 10 per cent of all the people in Central America and Mexico will flood the United States.

In the ran-up to the 2003 invasion of Iraq, themes were developed for particular audiences in a manner strikingly reminiscent of the perception management campaign that secured public support for Reagan’s policies in Central America. Human rights abuses, Saddam Hussein’s alleged assassination attempt on the President’s father, links between Iraq and al Qaeda, fundamentalist fears that ‘Babylon’ stalked the ‘Holy Land’, all found their way into the mix. The emphasis increasingly fell on weapons of mass destruction, ‘the one issue everyone could agree on’. In a formula hardly conducive to rational decision-making by the American public, the then National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice insisted that they couldn’t delay invasion until they had proof that Saddam Hussein had nuclear weapons: ‘We don’t want the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud’. President Bush repeated the message: ‘we cannot wait for the final proof – the smoking gun – that could come in the form of a mushroom cloud’. The promotion of market-tested irrationality at the highest levels of the US administration calls to mind H. L. Mencken’s cynical comment that ‘the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.’

Mais lorsque son action surprend jusqu’à ses propres électeurs, il est légitime de se pencher en détail sur sa biographie et de s’interroger sur les alliances qui l’ont conduit au pouvoir.

Les Français, lassés des trop longues présidences de François Mitterrand et de Jacques Chirac, ont élu Nicolas Sarkozy en comptant sur son énergie pour revitaliser leur pays.

Ils espéraient une rupture avec des années d’immobilisme et des idéologies surannées.

Ils ont eu une rupture avec les principes qui fondent la nation française.

Ils ont été stupéfaits par cet « hyper-président », se saisissant chaque jour d’un nouveau dossier, aspirant à lui la droite et la gauche, bousculant tous les repères jusqu’à créer une complète confusion.

Comme des enfants qui viennent de faire une grosse bêtise, les Français sont trop occupés à se trouver des excuses pour admettre l’ampleur des dégâts et leur naïveté.

Ils refusent d’autant plus de voir qui est vraiment Nicolas Sarkozy, qu’ils auraient dû s’en rendre compte depuis longtemps.

C’est que l’homme est habile. 

Comme un illusionniste, il a détourné leur attention en offrant sa vie privée en spectacle et en posant dans les magazines people, jusqu’à leur faire oublier son parcours politique.

Que l’on comprenne bien le sens de cet article : il ne s’agit pas de reprocher à M. Sarkozy ses liens familiaux, amicaux et professionnels, mais de lui reprocher d’avoir caché ses attaches aux Français qui ont cru, à tort, élire un homme libre.

Pour comprendre comment un homme en qui tous s’accordent aujourd’hui à voir l’agent des États-Unis et d’Israël a pu devenir le chef du parti gaulliste, puis le président de la République française, il nous faut revenir en arrière.

Très en arrière.

Il nous faut emprunter une longue digression au cours de laquelle nous présenterons les protagonistes qui trouvent aujourd’hui leur revanche.

Secrets de famille :

À la fin de la Seconde Guerre Mondiale, les services secrets états-uniens s’appuient sur le parrain italo-US Lucky Luciano pour contrôler la sécurité des ports américains et pour préparer le débarquement allié en Sicile.

Les contacts de Luciano avec les services US passent notamment par Frank Wisner Sr. puis, lorsque le « parrain » est libéré et s’exile en Italie, par son « ambassadeur » corse, Étienne Léandri.

En 1958, les États-Unis, inquiets d’une possible victoire du FLN en Algérie qui ouvrirait l’Afrique du Nord à l’influence soviétique, décident de susciter un coup d’État militaire en France.

Pauvre France nous sommes mal placés au centre de toutes ces querelles !

L’opération est organisée conjointement par la Direction de la planification de la CIA —théoriquement dirigée par Frank Wisner Sr.— et par l’OTAN.

Mais Wisner a déjà sombré dans la démence de sorte que c’est son successeur, Allan Dulles, qui supervise le coup.

Depuis Alger, des généraux français créent un Comité de salut public qui exerce une pression sur le pouvoir civil parisien et le contraint à voter les pleins pouvoirs au général de Gaulle sans avoir besoin de recourir la force.

Or, Charles de Gaulle n’est pas le pion que les Anglo-Saxons croient pouvoir manipuler.

Dans un premier temps, il tente de sortir de la contradiction coloniale en accordant une large autonomie aux territoires d’outre-mer au sein d’une Union française.

Mais il est déjà trop tard pour sauver l’Empire français car les peuples colonisés ne croient plus aux promesses de la métropole et exigent leur indépendance.

Après avoir conduit victorieusement de féroces campagnes de répression contre les indépendantistes, de Gaulle se rend à l’évidence. 

Faisant preuve d’une rare sagesse politique, il décide d’accorder à chaque colonie son indépendance.

Cette volte-face est vécue comme une trahison par la plupart de ceux qui l’ont porté au pouvoir. 

La CIA et l’OTAN soutiennent alors toutes sortes de complots pour l’éliminer, dont un putsch manqué et une quarantaine de tentatives d’assassinat.

Toutefois, certains de ses partisans approuvent son évolution politique.

Autour de Charles Pasqua, ils créent le SAC, une milice pour le protéger.

Pasqua est à la fois un truand corse et un ancien résistant. Il a épousé la fille d’un bootlegger canadien qui fit fortune durant la prohibition. Il dirige la société Ricard qui, après avoir commercialisé de l’absinthe, un alcool prohibé, se respectabilise en vendant de l’anisette. Cependant, la société continue à servir de couverture pour toutes sortes de trafics en relation avec la famille italo-new-yorkaise des Genovese, celle de Lucky Luciano.

Il n’est donc pas étonnant que Pasqua fasse appel à Étienne Léandri (« l’ambassadeur » de Luciano) pour recruter des gros bras et constituer la milice gaulliste.
Un troisième homme joue un grand rôle dans la formation du SAC, l’ancien garde du corps de de Gaulle, Achille Peretti —un Corse lui aussi—.
Ainsi défendu, de Gaulle dessine avec panache une politique d’indépendance nationale.

Tout en affirmant son appartenance au camp atlantique, il remet en cause le leadership anglo-saxon.

Il s’oppose à l’entrée du Royaume-Uni dans le Marché commun européen (1961 et 1967) ;
Il refuse le déploiement des casques de l’ONU au Congo (1961) ;
Il encourage les États latino-américains à s’affranchir de l’impérialisme US (discours de Mexico, 1964) ;
Il expulse l’OTAN de France et se retire du Commandement intégré de l’Alliance atlantique (1966) ;
Il dénonce la Guerre du Viêt-nam (discours de Phnon Penh, 1966) ;
Il condamne l’expansionnisme israélien lors de la Guerre des Six jours (1967) ;
Il soutient l’indépendance du Québec (discours de Montréal 1967) ;
etc.
Les discours de de Gaulle sont un vrai régal. Regardez-les et vous ne vous laisserez plus endormir par nos politichiens. Il avait la protection divine.

Simultanément, de Gaulle consolide la puissance de la France en la dotant d’un complexe militaro-industriel incluant la force de dissuasion nucléaire, et en garantissant son approvisionnement énergétique. Il éloigne utilement les encombrants Corses de son entourage en leur confiant des missions à étranger. 

Ainsi Étienne Léandri devient-il le trader du groupe Elf (aujourd’hui Total), tandis que Charles Pasqua devient l’homme de confiance des chefs d’États d’Afrique francophone.

Conscient qu’il ne peut défier les Anglo-Saxons sur tous les terrains à la fois, de Gaulle s’allie à la famille Rothschild.

Il choisit comme Premier ministre le fondé de pouvoir de la Banque, Georges Pompidou.

Les deux hommes forment un tandem efficace.

L’audace politique du premier ne perd jamais de vue le réalisme économique du second.

Lorsque de Gaulle démissionne, en 1969, Georges Pompidou lui succède brièvement à la présidence avant d’être emporté par un cancer.

Avant il avait vendu la France aux banksters ! Loi 1973. La France ne peut plus emprunter à la Banque de France sans intérêt et doit se tourner vers les banques privées, ce qui nous amène à l’escroquerie de la dette.

Les gaullistes historiques n’admettent pas son leadership et s’inquiètent de son tropisme anglophile.

Ils hurlent à la trahison lorsque Pompidou, secondé par le secrétaire général de l’Élysée Édouard Balladur, fait entrer « la perfide Albion » dans le Marché commun européen.

La fabrication de Nicolas Sarkozy :

Ce décor étant planté, revenons-en à notre personnage principal, Nicolas Sarkozy.

Né en 1955, il est le fils d’un noble catholique hongrois, Pal Sarkösy de Nagy-Bocsa, réfugié en France après avoir fuit l’Armée rouge, et d’Andrée Mallah, une roturière juive originaire de Thessalonique.

Après avoir eu trois enfants (Guillaume, Nicolas et François), le couple divorce. Pal Sarkosy de Nagy-Bocsa se remarie avec une aristocrate, Christine de Ganay, dont il aura deux enfants (Pierre-Olivier et Caroline). Nicolas ne sera pas élevé par ses seuls parents, mais balloté dans cette famille recomposée.

Achille Peretti
Sa mère est devenue la secrétaire d’Achille Peretti.

Après avoir co-fondé le SAC, le garde du corps de De Gaulle avait poursuivi une brillante carrière politique. 

Il avait été élu député et maire de Neuilly-sur-Seine, la plus riche banlieue résidentielle de la capitale, puis président de l’Assemblée nationale.

Malheureusement, en 1972, Achille Peretti est gravement mis en cause. 

Aux États-Unis, le magazine Time révèle l’existence d’une organisation criminelle secrète « l’Union corse » qui contrôlerait une grande partie du trafic de stupéfiants entre l’Europe et l’Amérique, la fameuse « French connexion » que Hollywwod devait porter à l’écran.

S’appuyant sur des auditions parlementaires et sur ses propres investigations, Timecite le nom d’un chef mafieux, Jean Venturi, arrêté quelques années plus tôt au Canada, et qui n’est autre que le délégué commercial de Charles Pasqua pour la société d’alcool Ricard.

On évoque le nom de plusieurs familles qui dirigeraient « l’Union corse », dont les Peretti. Achille nie, mais doit renoncer à la présidence de l’Assemblée nationale et échappe même à un « suicide ». Comme quoi, la pratique n’est pas nouvelle (l’associé de DSK vient de se « suicider ». Il aurait eu des révélations à faire ?

En 1977, Pal Sarkozy se sépare de sa seconde épouse, Christine de Ganay, laquelle se lie alors avec le n°2 de l’administration centrale du département d’État des États-Unis.

Elle l’épouse et s’installe avec lui en Amérique. Le monde étant petit, c’est bien connu, son mari n’est autre que Frank Wisner Jr., fils du précédent.

Les fonctions de Junior à la CIA ne sont pas connues, mais il clair qu’il y joue un rôle important. 

Nicolas, qui reste proche de sa belle-mère, de son demi-frère et de sa demi-sœur, commence à se tourner vers les États-Unis où il « bénéficie » des programmes de formation du département d’État.

On nous les dé-forme avant de nous les renvoyer bien conditionnés.

À la même période, Nicolas Sarkozy adhère au parti gaulliste.

Il y fréquente d’autant plus rapidement Charles Pasqua que celui-ci n’est pas seulement un leader national, mais aussi le responsable de la section départementale des Hauts-de-Seine.

En 1982, Nicolas Sarkozy, ayant terminé ses études de droit et s’étant inscrit au barreau, épouse la nièce d’Achille Peretti. 

Son témoin de mariage est Charles Pasqua. 

En tant qu’avocat, Me Sarkozy défend les intérêts des amis corses de ses mentors. 

Il acquiert une propriété sur l’île de beauté, à Vico, et imagine de corsiser son nom en remplaçant le « y » par un « i » : Sarkozi.

L’année suivante, il est élu maire de Neuilly-sur-Seine en remplacement de son bel-oncle, Achille Peretti, terrassé par une crise cardiaque.

Cependant, Nicolas ne tarde pas à trahir sa femme et, dès 1984, il poursuit une liaison cachée avec Cécilia, l’épouse du plus célèbre animateur de télévision français de l’époque, Jacques Martin, dont il a fait la connaissance en célébrant leur mariage en qualité de maire de Neuilly.

Cette double vie dure cinq ans, avant que les amants ne quittent leurs conjoints respectifs pour construire un nouveau foyer.

Nicolas est le témoin de mariage, en 1992, de la fille de Jacques Chirac, Claude, avec un éditorialiste du Figaro.

Un tombeur ce mec ! mais, l’intérêt n’est jamais bien loin !

Il ne peut s’empêcher de séduire Claude et de mener une brève relation avec elle, tandis qu’il vit officiellement avec Cécilia. 

Le mari trompé se suicide (?) en absorbant des drogues.

La rupture est brutale et sans retour entre les Chirac et Nicolas Sarkozy.

En 1993, la gauche perd les élections législatives.

Le président François Mitterrand refuse de démissionner et entre en cohabitation avec un Premier ministre de droite. Jacques Chirac, qui ambitionne la présidence et pense alors former avec Édouard Balladur un tandem comparable à celui de de Gaulle et Pompidou, refuse d’être à nouveau Premier ministre et laisse la place à son « ami de trente ans », Édouard Balladur.

Malgré son passé sulfureux, Charles Pasqua devient ministre de l’Intérieur. 

S’il conserve la haute main sur la marijuana marocaine, il profite de sa situation pour légaliser ses autres activités en prenant le contrôle des casinos, jeux et courses en Afrique francophone. 

Il tisse aussi des liens en Arabie Saoudite et en Israël et devient officier d’honneur du Mossad.

Nicolas Sarkozy, quant à lui, est ministre du Budget et porte-parole du gouvernement.

À Washington, Frank Wisner Jr. a pris la succession de Paul Wolfowitz comme responsable de la planification politique au département de la Défense.

Personne ne remarque les liens qui l’unissent au porte-parole du gouvernement français.

C’est alors que reprend au sein du parti gaulliste la tension que l’on avait connu trente ans plus tôt entre les gaullistes historiques et la droite financière, incarnée par Balladur.

La nouveauté, c’est que Charles Pasqua et avec lui le jeune Nicolas Sarkozy trahissent Jacques Chirac pour se rapprocher du courant Rothschild. 

Tout dérape.

Le conflit atteindra son apogée en 1995 lorsque Édouard Balladur se présentera contre son ex-ami Jacques Chirac à l’élection présidentielle, et sera battu.

Surtout, suivant les instructions de Londres et de Washington, le gouvernement Balladur ouvre les négociations d’adhésion à l’Union Européenne et à l’OTAN des États d’Europe centrale et orientale, affranchis de la tutelle soviétique.

Rien ne va plus dans le parti gaulliste où les amis d’hier sont près de s’entre-tuer. 

Pour financer sa campagne électorale, Edouard Balladur tente de faire main basse sur la caisse noire du parti gaulliste, cachée dans la double comptabilité du pétrolier Elf.

À peine le vieux Étienne Léandri mort, les juges perquisitionnent la société et ses dirigeants sont incarcérés. Mais Balladur, Pasqua et Sarkozy ne parviendront jamais à récupérer le magot.

La traversée du désert :

Tout au long de son premier mandat, Jacques Chirac tient Nicolas Sarkozy à distance.

L’homme se fait discret durant cette longue traversée du désert. 

Discrètement, il continue à nouer des relations dans les cercles financiers.

Bien avant la crise irakienne, Frank Wisner Jr. et ses collègues de la CIA planifient la destruction du courant gaulliste et la montée en puissance de Nicolas Sarkozy.

Pendant des années, les médias sont tenus en haleine par les révélations posthumes d’un promoteur immobilier. 

Avant de décéder d’une grave maladie, il a enregistré pour une raison jamais élucidée une confession en vidéo. 

Pour une raison encore plus obscure, la « cassette » échoue dans les mains d’un hiérarque du Parti socialiste, Dominique Strauss-Khan, qui la fait parvenir indirectement à la presse.

Si les aveux du promoteur ne débouchent sur aucune sanction judiciaire, ils ouvrent une boîte de Pandore.

La principale victime des affaires successives sera le Premier ministre Alain Juppé. 

Pour protéger Chirac, il assume seul toutes les infractions pénales.

La mise à l’écart de Juppé laisse la voie libre à Nicolas Sarkozy pour prendre la direction du parti gaulliste.

Sarkozy exploite alors sa position pour contraindre Jacques Chirac à le reprendre au gouvernement, malgré leur haine réciproque.

Il sera en définitive, ministre de l’Intérieur.

Après une longue traque, la police parvient à arrêter un suspect en fuite, Yvan Colonna, fils d’un député socialiste. 

Faisant fi de la présomption d’innocence, Nicolas Sarkozy annonce cette interpellation en accusant le suspect d’être l’assassin. 

C’est que la nouvelle est trop belle à deux jours du référendum que le ministre de l’Intérieur organise en Corse pour modifier le statut de l’île.

Quoi qu’il en soit, les électeurs rejettent le projet Sarkozy qui, selon certains, favorise les intérêts mafieux.

Bien qu’Yvan Colonna ait ultérieurement été reconnu coupable, il a toujours clamé son innocence et aucune preuve matérielle n’a été trouvée contre lui. 

Étrangement, l’homme s’est muré dans le silence, préférant être condamné que de révéler ce qu’il sait. 

Nous révélons ici que le préfet Érignac n’a pas été tué par des nationalistes, mais abattu par un tueur à gage, immédiatement exfiltré vers l’Angola où il a été engagé à la sécurité du groupe Elf.

Le mobile du crime était précisément lié aux fonctions antérieures de Érignac, responsable des réseaux africains de Charles Pasqua au ministère de la Coopération. 

Quand à Yvan Colonna, c’est un ami personnel de Nicolas Sarkozy depuis des décennies et leurs enfants se sont fréquentés.

Une nouvelle affaire éclate : de faux listings circulent qui accusent mensongèrement plusieurs personnalités de cacher des comptes bancaires au Luxembourg, chez Clearstream.

Parmi les personnalités diffamées : Nicolas Sarkozy. Il porte plainte et sous-entend que son rival de droite à l’élection présidentielle, le Premier ministre Dominique de Villepin, a organisé cette machination.

Il ne cache pas son intention de le faire jeter en prison. 

En réalité, les faux listings ont été mis en circulation par des membres de la Fondation franco-américaine, dont John Negroponte était président et dont Frank Wisner Jr. est administrateur. 

Ce que les juges ignorent et que nous révélons ici, c’est que les listings ont été fabriqués à Londres par une officine commune de la CIA et du MI6, Hakluyt & Co, dont Frank Wisner Jr. est également administrateur. 

Villepin se défend de ce dont on l’accuse, mais il est mis en examen, assigné à résidence et, de facto, écarté provisoirement de la vie politique.

La voie est libre à droite pour Nicolas Sarkozy.

Reste à neutraliser les candidatures d’opposition.

Les cotisations d’adhésion au parti socialiste sont réduites à un niveau symbolique pour attirer de nouveaux militants. Soudainement des milliers de jeunes prennent leur carte. 

Parmi eux, au moins dix mille nouveaux adhérents sont en réalité des militants du Parti trotskiste « lambertiste » (du nom de son fondateur Pierre Lambert).

Cette petite formation d’extrême gauche s’est historiquement mise au service de la CIA contre les communistes staliniens durant la Guerre froide (Elle est l’équivalent du SD/USA de Max Shatchman, qui a formé les néoconservateurs aux USA).

Ce n’est pas la première fois que les « lambertistes » infiltrent le Parti socialiste.

Ils y ont notamment placé deux célèbres agents de la CIA : Lionel Jospin (qui est devenu Premier ministre) et Jean-Christophe Cambadélis, le principal conseiller de Dominique Strauss-Kahn.

Des primaires sont organisées au sein du Parti socialiste pour désigner son candidat à l’élection présidentielle. Deux personnalités sont en concurrence : Laurent Fabius et Ségolène Royal.

Seul le premier représente un danger pour Sarkozy. 

Dominique Strauss-Kahn entre dans la course avec pour mission d’éliminer Fabius au dernier moment.

Ce qu’il sera en mesure de faire grâce aux votes des militants « lambertistes » infiltrés, qui portent leur suffrages non pas sur son nom, mais sur celui de Royal.

L’opération est possible parce que Strauss-Kahn est depuis longtemps sur le payroll des États-Unis. 

Les Français ignorent qu’il donne des cours à Stanford, où il a été embauché par le prévôt de l’université, Condoleezza Rice.

Dès sa prise de fonction, Nicolas Sarkozy et Condoleezza Rice remercieront Strauss-Kahn en le faisant élire à la direction du Fonds monétaire international.

Premiers jours à l’Élysée :

Le soir du second tour de l’élection présidentielle, lorsque les instituts de sondages annoncent sa victoire probable, Nicolas Sarkozy prononce un bref discours à la nation depuis son QG de campagne. 

Puis, contrairement à tous les usages, il ne va pas faire la fête avec les militants de son parti, mais il se rend au Fouquet’s. 

La célèbre brasserie des Champs-Élysées, qui était jadis le rendez-vous de « l’Union corse » est aujourd’hui la propriété du casinotier Dominique Desseigne. 

Il a été mis à disposition du président élu pour y recevoir ses amis et les principaux donateurs de sa campagne. 

Une centaine d’invités s’y bousculent, les hommes les plus riches de France y côtoient les patrons de casinos.

Puis le président élu s’offre quelques jours de repos bien mérités.

Conduit en Falcon-900 privé à Malte, il s’y repose sur le Paloma, le yacht de 65 mètres de son ami Vincent Bolloré, un milliardaire formé à la Banque Rothschild.

Enfin, Nicolas Sarkozy est investi président de la République française. 

Le premier décret qu’il signe n’est pas pour proclamer une amnistie, mais pour autoriser les casinos de ses amis Desseigne et Partouche à multiplier les machines à sous.

Il forme son équipe de travail et son gouvernement. 

Sans surprise, on y retrouve un bien trouble propriétaire de casinos (le ministre de la Jeunesse et des Sports) et le lobbyiste des casinos de l’ami Desseigne (qui devient porte-parole du parti « gaulliste »).

Nicolas Sarkozy s’appuie avant tout sur quatre hommes :

Claude Guéant, secrétaire général du palais de l’Élysée. C’est l’ancien bras droit de Charles Pasqua. 
François Pérol, secrétaire général adjoint de l’Élysée. C’est un associé-gérant de la Banque Rothschild. 
Jean-David Lévitte, conseiller diplomatique. Fils de l’ancien directeur de l’Agence juive. Ambassadeur de France à l’ONU, il fut relevé de ses fonctions par Chirac qui le jugeait trop proche de George Bush.
Alain Bauer, l’homme de l’ombre. Son nom n’apparaît pas dans les annuaires. Il est chargé des services de renseignement. Ancien Grand-Maître du Grand Orient de France (la principale obédience maçonnique française) et ancien n°2 de la National Security Agency états-unienne en Europe.
Frank Wisner Jr., qui a été nommé entre temps envoyé spécial du président Bush pour l’indépendance du Kosovo, insiste pour que Bernard Kouchner soit nommé ministre des Affaires étrangères avec une double mission prioritaire : l’indépendance du Kosovo et la liquidation de la politique arabe de la France.

Kouchner a débuté sa carrière en participant à la création d’une ONG humanitaire. 

Grâce aux financements de la National Endowment for Democracy, il a participé aux opérations de Zbigniew Brzezinski en Afghanistan, aux côtés d’Oussama Ben Laden et des frères Karzaï contre les Soviétiques. 

On le retrouve dans les années 90 auprès de Alija Izetbegoviç en Bosnie-Herzégovine. De 1999 à 2001, il a été Haut représentant de l’ONU au Kosovo.

Sous le contrôle de Wali, le frère cadet du président Hamid Karzaï, l’Afghanistan est devenu le premier producteur mondial de pavot. 

Le suc est transformé sur place en héroïne et transporté par l’US Air Force à Camp Bondsteed (Kosovo).

Là, la drogue est prise en charge par les hommes de Haçim Thaçi qui l’écoulent principalement en Europe et accessoirement aux États-Unis. Les bénéfices sont utilisés pour financer les opérations illégales de la CIA. 

Karzaï et Thaçi sont des amis personnels de longue date de Bernard Kouchner, qui certainement ignore leurs activités criminelles malgré les rapports internationaux qui y ont été consacrés. Je ne partage pas cet avis ; Kouchner est loin d’être blanc : (trafic d’organes)

Pour compléter son gouvernement, Nicolas Sarkozy nomme Christine Lagarde, ministre de l’Économie et des Finances.

Elle a fait toute sa carrière aux États-Unis où elle a dirigé le prestigieux cabinet de juristes Baker & McKenzie.

Au sein du Center for International & Strategic Studies de Dick Cheney, elle a co-présidé avec Zbigniew Brzezinski un groupe de travail qui a supervisé les privatisations en Pologne. 

Elle a organisé un intense lobbying pour le compte de Lockheed Martin contre l’avionneur français Dassault. Ces personnes ne travaillent pas pour la France, mais pour leur pouvoir personnel, il faut que l’on arrête de se mentir.

Nouvelle escapade durant l’été.

Nicolas, Cécilia, leur maîtresse commune et leurs enfants se font offrir des vacances états-uniennes à Wolfenboroo, non loin de la propriété du président Bush. 

La facture, cette fois, est payée par Robert F. Agostinelli, un banquier d’affaires italo-new-yorkais, sioniste et néo-conservateur pur sucre qui s’exprime dans Commentary, la revue de l’American Jewish Committee.

La réussite de Nicolas rejaillit sur son demi-frère Pierre-Olivier. Sous le nom américanisé « d’Oliver », il est nommé par Frank Carlucci (qui fut le n°2 de la CIA après avoir été recruté par Frank Wisner Sr.) directeur d’un nouveau fonds de placement du Carlyle Group (la société commune de gestion de portefeuille des Bush et des Ben Laden).

Sans qualité personnelle particulière, il est devenu le 5e noueur de deals dans le monde et « gère » les principaux avoirs des fonds souverains du Koweit et de Singapour.

La cote de popularité du président est en chute libre dans les sondages.

L’un de ses conseillers en communication, Jacques Séguéla, préconise de détourner l’attention du public avec de nouvelles « people stories ».

L’annonce du divorce avec Cécilia est publiée par Libération, le journal de son ami Édouard de Rothschild, pour couvrir les slogans des manifestants un jour de grève générale. 

Plus fort encore, le communiquant organise une rencontre avec l’artiste et ex-mannequin, Carla Bruni.

Quelques jours plus tard, sa liaison avec le président est officialisée et le battage médiatique couvre à nouveau les critiques politiques.

Quelques semaines encore et c’est le troisième mariage de Nicolas.

With Lebanon no longer hiding Hezbollah’s role, next war must hit civilians where it hurts, Israeli minister says

Lebanese President Michel Aoun paid an official visit to Cairo a month ago, ahead of which he gave a number of interviews to the Egyptian media. Aoun was only elected president after a long power struggle in which Iran and Hezbollah finally held sway, and he spoke about the fact that the Shi’ite organization continues to be the only Lebanese militia that refuses outright to disarm.

Hezbollah is a significant part of the Lebanese people, Aoun explained. “As long as Israel occupies land and covets the natural resources of Lebanon, and as long as the Lebanese military lacks the power to stand up to Israel, [Hezbollah’s] arms are essential, in that they complement the actions of the army and do not contradict them,” he said, adding, “They are a major part of Lebanon’s defense.”

Brig. Gen. Assaf Orion from the Institute for National Security Studies wrote recently that Aoun’s comments were a “lifting of the official veil and tearing off of the mask of the well-known Lebanese reality – which widely accepted Western diplomacy tends to blur. The Lebanese president abolishes the forced distinction between the ostensibly sovereign state and Hezbollah. Thus, the Lebanese president takes official responsibility for any actions by Hezbollah, including against Israel.”

Aoun’s declaration also tallies with the facts on the ground. At a meeting of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee this past week, Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman said that the Lebanese army is now “a subsidiary unit of Hezbollah.”

What does that mean with regard to an Israeli response against Hezbollah in case another war breaks out on the northern front? This column recently discussed the basic difficulty that faces the Israel Defense Forces in Lebanon: limited ability to deal with the threat of high-trajectory rockets directed against both the Israeli civilian population and the strategic infrastructure on the rear front. On the southern front, even though the air force lacks a proper offensive response to rockets, the missile intercept systems – chiefly the Iron Dome batteries – are enough to thwart most of the launches.

In the north, with Hezbollah able to launch more than 1,000 rockets into Israel on a single day of fighting, the offensive solution seems partial and the defensive solution limited.

The state comptroller’s report on the 2014 war in Gaza disappeared from the headlines within a few days, but the difficulties facing Israel in future conflicts in Gaza – and even more so in Lebanon – remain.

At this point, it’s interesting to listen to security cabinet member Naftali Bennett (Habayit Hayehudi), whose opinions the state comptroller accepted with regard to disagreements with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over the Hamas attack tunnels in the Gaza Strip.

While in the political realm Bennett seems determined to create unilateral facts on the ground (i.e., settlements in the territories) even at the risk of a potential face-off with the Europeans and embarrassing the Trump administration, it seems his positions on military issues are more complex. More than once he has shown healthy skepticism over positions taken by top defense officials, and he refuses to accept their insights as indisputable conclusions.

Hunting rocket launchers during a war is almost impossible, Bennett told Haaretz this week, adding that he says this “as someone who specialized in hunting rocket launchers.”

During the Second Lebanon War in 2006, when he served as a reserve officer, Bennett commanded an elite unit sent deep into southern Lebanon to find Hezbollah’s rocket-launching squads.

“When we worked in a particular area, we did reduce the teams of rocket launchers there – but they simply moved a little farther north,” Bennett related. Since then, he said, 11 years have passed and Hezbollah has learned to deploy in a more sophisticated manner. “They moved their launchers from the nature reserves, outposts in open areas, to dense urban areas [ reconnaissance éhontée d’un mensonge passé et nouveau mensonge tout aussi éhonté ]. You can’t fight rockets with tweezers. If you can’t reach the house where the launcher is, you’re not effective, and the number of houses you have to get through is enormous,” he explained.

“After I was released from reserve duty, I read all of the books you wrote about the war,” Bennett told me. “I understood in retrospect that the fundamental event of the war took place on its first day, in a phone call between [former Prime Minister] Ehud Olmert and Condoleezza Rice.” President George W. Bush’s secretary of state had asked the prime minister not to hit Lebanon’s infrastructure, and was given a positive response. As a result, “there was no way that Israel could win the war,” Bennett said.

“Lebanon presented itself as a country that wants quiet, that has no influence over Hezbollah,” he continued. “Today, Hezbollah is embedded in sovereign Lebanon. It is part of the government and, according to the president, also part of its security forces. The organization has lost its ability to disguise itself as a rogue group.”

Bennett believes this should be Israel’s official stance. “The Lebanese institutions, its infrastructure, airport, power stations, traffic junctions, Lebanese Army bases – they should all be legitimate targets if a war breaks out. That’s what we should already be saying to them and the world now. If Hezbollah fires missiles at the Israeli home front, this will mean sending Lebanon back to the Middle Ages,” he said. “Life in Lebanon today is not bad – certainly compared to what’s going on in Syria. Lebanon’s civilians, including the Shi’ite population, will understand that this is what lies in store for them if Hezbollah is entangling them for its own reasons, or even at the behest of Iran.”

At the same time, he notes that this is not necessarily the plan for a future war, but instead an attempt to avoid one: “If we declare and market this message aggressively enough now, we might be able to prevent the next war. After all, we have no intention of attacking Lebanon.”

According to Bennett, if war breaks out anyway, a massive attack on the civilian infrastructure – along with additional air and ground action by the IDF – will speed up international intervention and shorten the campaign. “That will lead them to stop it quickly – and we have an interest in the war being as short as possible,” he said. “I haven’t said these things publicly up until now. But it’s important that we convey the message and prepare to deal with the legal and diplomatic aspects. That is the best way to avoid a war.”

Bennett’s approach is not entirely new. In 2008, the head of the IDF Northern Command (and today IDF chief of staff), Gadi Eisenkot, presented the “Dahiya doctrine.” He spoke of massive damage to buildings in areas identified with Hezbollah – as was done on a smaller scale in Beirut’s Shi’ite Dahiya quarter during the 2006 war – as a means of deterring the organization and shortening the war.

That same year, Maj. Gen. (res.) Giora Eiland proposed striking at Lebanon’s state infrastructure. To this day, though, the approach has not been adopted as Israeli policy, open or covert. Bennett’s declaration reflects an attempt by a key member of the security cabinet (albeit Netanyahu’s declared political rival) to turn it into such policy.

The fact that Israel only tied with Hamas in Gaza in 2014 only convinced Bennett that he is right. There, too, Hamas finally agreed to a cease-fire after 50 days of fighting only after the Israel Air Force systematically destroyed the high-rise apartment buildings where senior Hamas officials lived.

The 64-year-old veteran oil executive has no government or diplomatic experience, although he has ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The pick would put to rest weeks-long speculation of who would earn the post as the U.S.’s top diplomat, and would place Tillerson fourth in line to the presidency.

In 1998, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, who were graduate students, showed Hennessy their work on search software that they later called #Google. He typed in the name Gerhard Casper, and instead of getting results for Casper the Friendly Ghost, as he did on AltaVista, up popped links to Gerhard Casper the president of Stanford. He was thrilled when members of the engineering faculty mentored Page and Brin and later became Google investors, consultants, and shareholders. Since Stanford owned the rights to Google’s search technology, he was also thrilled when, in 2005, the stock grants that Stanford had received in exchange for licensing the technology were sold for three hundred and thirty-six million dollars.

In 1999, after Condoleezza Rice stepped down as provost to become the chief foreign-policy adviser to the Republican Presidential candidate George W. Bush, Casper offered Hennessy the position of chief academic and financial officer of the university. Soon afterward, Hennessy induced a former electrical-engineering faculty colleague, James Clark, who had founded Silicon Graphics (which purchased MIPS), to give a hundred and fifty million dollars to create the James H. Clark Center for medical and scientific research. Less than a year later, Casper stepped down as president and Hennessy replaced him.

Hennessy joined Cisco’s corporate board in 2002, and Google’s in 2004. It is not uncommon for a university president to be on corporate boards. According to James Finkelstein, a professor at George Mason University’s School of Public Policy, a third of college presidents serve on the boards of one or more publicly traded companies. Hennessy says that his outside board work has made him a better president. “Both Google and Cisco face—and all companies in a high-tech space face—a problem that’s very similar to the ones universities face: how do they maintain a sense of innovation, of a willingness to do the new thing?” he says.

“Bin Laden Determined to Strike in U.S.” The CIA’s famous Presidential Daily Brief, presented to George W. Bush on August 6, 2001, has always been Exhibit A in the case that his administration shrugged off warnings of an Al Qaeda attack. But months earlier, starting in the spring of 2001, the CIA repeatedly and urgently began to warn the White House that an attack was coming.

By May of 2001, says Cofer Black, then chief of the CIA’s counterterrorism center, “it was very evident that we were going to be struck, we were gonna be struck hard and lots of Americans were going to die.” “There were real plots being manifested,” Cofer’s former boss, George Tenet, told me in his first interview in eight years. “The world felt like it was on the edge of eruption. In this time period of June and July, the threat continues to rise. Terrorists were disappearing [as if in hiding, in preparation for an attack]. Camps were closing. Threat reportings on the rise.” The crisis came to a head on July 10. The critical meeting that took place that day was first reported by Bob Woodward in 2006. Tenet also wrote about it in general terms in his 2007 memoir At the Center of the Storm.

But neither he nor Black has spoken about it publicly until now—or supplied so much detail about how specific and pressing the warnings really were. Over the past eight months, in more than a hundred hours of interviews, I talked with Tenet and the 11 other living former CIA directors for The Spymasters, a documentary set to air this month on Showtime.

That morning of July 10, the head of the agency’s Al Qaeda unit, Richard Blee, burst into Black’s office. “And he says, ‘Chief, this is it. Roof’s fallen in,’” recounts Black. “The information that we had compiled was absolutely compelling. It was multiple-sourced. And it was sort of the last straw.” Black and his deputy rushed to the director’s office to brief Tenet. All agreed an urgent meeting at the White House was needed. Tenet picked up the white phone to Bush’s National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice. “I said, ‘Condi, I have to come see you,’” Tenet remembers. “It was one of the rare times in my seven years as director where I said, ‘I have to come see you. We’re comin’ right now. We have to get there.’”

Tenet vividly recalls the White House meeting with Rice and her team. (George W. Bush was on a trip to Boston.) “Rich [Blee] started by saying, ‘There will be significant terrorist attacks against the United States in the coming weeks or months. The attacks will be spectacular. They may be multiple. Al Qaeda’s intention is the destruction of the United States.’” [Condi said:] ‘What do you think we need to do?’ Black responded by slamming his fist on the table, and saying, ‘We need to go on a wartime footing now!’”

“What happened?” I ask Cofer Black. “Yeah. What did happen?” he replies. “To me it remains incomprehensible still. Along with two Beltway intelligence firms, a Palantir employee had pitched a Washington law firm on ways that it could expose the workings of WikiLeaks, the group that publishes secret government and private-sector information. The pitch included the idea of using disinformation and cyberattacks.

The idea fizzled, but Anonymous, the loosely associated network of cyberactivists, posted both the pitch and emails indicating that Palantir also proposed creating misinformation about journalists, including Glenn Greenwald, who wrote in support of WikiLeaks and who recently shared a Pulitzer Prize for his articles on Edward J. Snowden’s leaking of National Security Agency spying documents.

Mr. Karp publicly apologized to Mr. Greenwald. On the recommendation of an outside law firm, the employee was suspended for a while, but still works at Palantir.

Confier ses données à une entreprise requiert une grande confiance et Dropbox vient de perdre la confiance de beaucoup d’utilisateurs. Dropbox s’est empressé d’affirmer que sa stratégie de protection des données reste inchangée.

Si comme beaucoup vous décidez d’abandonner Dropbox, pourquoi ne pas passer à un logiciel libre pour gérer et stocker la mise à disposition de fichiers ? De nombreuses solutions existent, avec serveur ou en peer-to-peer.

here are a lot of former Secretaries of State getting involved in the tech world these days.

First, Salesforce.com announced last month that General Colin Powell had joined the CRM giant’s Board of Directors.

Just yesterday, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made headlines with an appearance at Marketo’s customer summit in San Francisco. (Albeit, most of the spotlight turned toward Clinton admitting she was thinking about running for president in 2016 more so than comments about the role of social media in diplomacy.)

Now Dropbox is following suit.

Revealed much more quietly amid the hubbub over Dropbox for Business upgrades and the new Carousel app, the cloud company made three leadership introductions on Wednesday, headlined by Dr. Condoleezza Rice being appointed to the board.

It would seem from the emails that Google executives were consulting #Stratfor about [Jared] Cohen’s travels. Stratfor started spying on Cohen after concerns were raised regarding the executive’s previous employment with the U.S. government under both Condoleezza Rice and Hillary Clinton. The intelligence reports do not indicate coordination between Cohen and the Obama administration, as suspected.
