أرفق لكم نسخة عن الرسالة التي عممت على وزارات الخارجية في
مصر
ألمانيا
فرنسة
وسويسرا
وكدلك للصليب الأحمر الدولي ومنظمة الصحة العالمية
آملين منكم جميعا العمل على إيصال النداء إلى أكبر عدد ممكن من الدبلوماسيين

Good Morning dear friend,
The annexed list concernes the names of Drs arrested in Cairo tow days ago.
They were all working for the SEMA (Syrian Expatriate Medical Association), a French registered organisation and a member of our UOSSM (Union of Syrian Medical Relief Organisations.)
The reason of their arrest is : Unvalid authorisation to practice which was delivered by the Egyptian Medical Society and not by the Ministery of Health.
All of them have the “yellow card” delivered by the Egyptian authorities.
This is an urgent appeal to your government to inetrvein and to help free them as soon as possible, since they are risking to be sent back to Syria, which means death penalty.
As you know, the Syrian government consider all Medical relief efforts oriented in favor of syrians out of the government’s control as a"terrorist" activity.
We need your urgent help on the highest level to avoid a real humanitarian catastrophy.
