La Suisse projette de financer une mini-série au #Nigeria sur la réalité de l’immigration. La Confédération n’en est pas à son coup d’essai.
Informationsclip für Balkanstaaten BFM (Englisch)
4245 persons from Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo sought asylum in Switzerland in the year 2012. Only 11 persons were granted asylum.
Switzerland provides protection for people, who are seriously prosecuted. No asylum will be granted persons coming from safe countries with no threat to life or physical condition.
The Swiss government as well as the European Union (EU) consider Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo as safe states.
Asylum request from persons originating from these states will be processed immediately in Switzerland. The asylum-seeker must reckon with a return to their home within days.
Whoever does not voluntarily leave, after receiving a negative adjudication, will be repatriated by the authority to their state of origin and may no more enter Switzerland for 3 years. This entry prohibition as a general rule is valid for the entire Schengen states. Persons from safe states will basically receive no return assistance and no travel money for returning as well.
We need the rooms in our accommodation facilities for people who are genuinely threatened, coming from crisis regions und pressingly needing our protection. Prosecution free countries of the West Balkans do not belong to it. ( Mario Gattiker, Director of Swiss Immigration Authority)
Asylum-seekers from these countries, are losing not only a lot of money with their journey to Switzerland, they also risk losing their travel freedom in the entire EU.
“We want to inform people from these countries truly about our principle, so that they understand, that the expensive and troublesome journey to Switzerland is not worth it.” (Mario Gattiker, Director of Swiss Immigration Authority)
