    Children and COVID-19 | RIVM
    ▻https://www.rivm.nl/en/novel-coronavirus-covid-19/children-and-covid-19

Worldwide, relatively few children have been reported with COVID-19. Data from the Netherlands also confirms the current understanding: that children play a small role in the spread of the novel coronavirus. The virus is mainly spread between adults and from adult family members to children. Cases of children infecting each other or children infecting adults are less common.

ce n’est qu’une étude, je n’en tirerais pas de conclusions définitives mais c’est un peu rassurant du point de vue de @baroug ; la matrice des âges transmetteur / infecté ci-dessous est bien foutue :

A[...] study which looked at data from China, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, and Iran and identified 31 household transmission clusters. Just three of these had a child as the index case. During the WHO Joint China Mission, people interviewed by the team could not recall any cases where Covid-19 was spread from a child to an adult.
