Wearing face masks now mandatory in 50 of 81 provinces in Turkey-English Bianet
In statements released yesterday (June 18), the Governor’s Offices of Tokat and Tekirdağ have announced that it is now mandatory to wear face masks outside as part of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) measures.
The Governor’s Office of Tokat has announced the decision on Twitter, indicating that the decision was taken at the Provincial Public Health Board meeting. “Wearing a face mask will be mandatory in all open and closed spaces in Tokat as of June 22,” Governor Ozan Balcı has stated.
