Cette tour était un des derniers vestiges des classes populaires dans cette nouvelle banlieue pour riche. Les élus locaux essentiellement conservateurs dans le secteur souhaitaient depuis des années « résoudre le problème » que pose cette tour et sa population. Des familles qui ressemblent plus aux peuples colonisés par l’empire britannique qu’au prince Williams et consort qui vivent dans les quartiers d’à côté ça fait tache dans le Londres pour rupins qu’ont construit 40 années de politiques libérales.
Il y a une enquête criminelle ?
@monolecte Et pourquoi pas la destitution de la reine mère, aussi ! non sérieusement, une enquête, c’est bien le moins pour identifier les responsables de ce cauchemar avant qu’ils mettent les bouts !

@vanderling Hum, La reine mère est morte en fait. En 2002. Elle s’appelait Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon. L’actuelle c’est la reine tout court. Mais je vois ce que tu veux dire

Elle a été considérée comme la doyenne de la famille royale jusqu’à son décès, mais elle fut surpassée par sa belle-sœur, la duchesse de Gloucester (épouse d’Henry de Gloucester, frère cadet de George VI) décédée en 2004 à deux mois de son 103e anniversaire.
