Il s’agit à ma connaissance de la première loi venant requalifier ces contrats en contrat de travail (alors qu’il ont été signés comme des contrats d’entreprise à entreprise, le chauffeur Uber étant en statut auto-entrepreneur).

En Grande-Bretagne, le Juge du Travail (équivalent des prud’hommes) avait déjà requalifié spontanément un contrat Uber en contrat de travail - Uber a fait appel et la décision de la Cour suprême est attendue pour 2020.

Même situation en France où la Cour d’Appel de Paris a également requalifié un contrat Uber en contrat de travail en janvier 2019. Uber s’est pourvu en cassation - décision en 2020.
