Kudos to Lebanese people- often known for partying their way through everything- who showed a great deal of responsibility & discipline in self-isolating in the absence of a gov plan!

Des agents municipaux ont renvoyé les gens de la corniche et, connaissant l’indiscipline inégalable des Libanais, restent sur place en ce moment.

Ceci dit c’était vraiment couru et la municipalité aurait du se prononcer bien avant.
