Life is certainly not as it was before, however, South Korea and Singapore have stopped short of full lockdowns.
The early adoption of face masks, social distancing and rationing of important supplies including hand sanitizer has meant that many restaurants have remained open in Singapore and #Taiwan. However, venues that are subject to mass gatherings such as concert halls and nightclubs have been strictly encouraged to close.
