don’t force employees to end e-mails with legalese like “This e-mail message is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s) blah, blah, blah”. That’s ending all your company e-mails with “We don’t trust you and we’re ready to prove it in court”. Good luck making friends that way.
I hate those disclaimers. Even more than those asking me to not print the e-mails. I know i don’t need to print e-mails !
