The Syrian war has caused “unspeakable suffering” to children, who have been tortured, injured and killed by fighters on either side of the conflict, a United Nations statement revealed on Tuesday. “Violations must come to an end now,” UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon wrote in a report to the Security Council. “I therefore urge all parties to the conflict to take, without delay, all measures to protect and uphold the rights of all children in #syria.” read more
