J’avais participé à une table ronde à l’école d’architecture à Zurich il y a quelques années avec un proche collaborateur de Rem Koolhas. Après son intervention, quelqu’un dans le public lui a demandé :
– « Pourquoi, dans ce studio d’archi, êtes-vous aussi arrogant ? ».
Réponse du collaborateur :
– « Nous sommes trop bons, trop célèbres, nous n’avons pas le choix. L’arrogance et la brutalité de notre langage est une marque de fabrique et le seul moyen pour nous de survivre et de rester au niveau où nous sommes arrivés ».
Voilà qui est assumé :) et une leçon, en tout cas : small is biutiful, and keep "kool".
