Recent developments:1 ISIS militants captured the Mosul Dam.2 U.S. planes dropped food and water on Mount Sinjar, where as many as 40,000 Iraqis were stranded after death threats from ISIS.3 Bombings reported late Thursday were said to target ISIS fighters who had seized Gwer and Mahmour.4 Militants stormed Arsal, a town near the border in Lebanon.
