Hier j’ai découvert comment fait Kim (Schmitz) Dotom pour toujours jouir de sa liberté. Bref : il dépense des millions pour ses avocats et les frais de procédure.

Un de ses anciens collaborateurs n’a pas eu cette option. Les Pays-Bas l’ont extradé aux ètats-Unis où il fut condamné à une peine de prison.

J’apprends par cette histoire qu’un citoyen européen risque de se retrouver dans une prison étatsunienne s’il quitte son propre pays. La France et l’Allemagne ne pratiquent pas l’extradition de leur citoyens vers des pays hors UE, mais ceci ne s’applique pas aux citoyens des autres pays d’Europe.
