    During the period between mid-January 2012 to March 2012 officers of the a French General Directorate for
    External Security ( Direction Generale de la Securite Exterieure Dcsp, and the British Secret Intelligence Service
    (SIS—Ml-8) activated longstanding contacts with tribal and civic leaders in Eastern Libya, in an effort to encourage them
    to establish a semi-autonomous zone in the historic province of Cyrenaica (Barge in Arabic). According to extremely
    knowledgeable sources, this effort was initiated by advisors to French President Nicholas Sarkozy after complaints from
    concerned French business leaders that the new Libyan Government was not rewarding appropriately French firms for the
    leading role France played in supporting the 2011 revolution against former Dictator Muammar al Qaddaf

      @reka Je conseille pour élargir le trouvage de pépite que chacun aille sur weakileaks pour rechercher les emails, utilise le formulaire de recherche. Et tapes « french sensitive source » ou ce qui les intéresse.

      Plus il y aura de personnes différentes qui chercheront, plus il y aura d’informations qui remonteront

      Don’t hate the media, be the media but don’t do it as a crowd.

      La lecture aléatoire est chiante. Les renseignements sensibles caviardés touchent uniquement les USA.

      Par contre, j’ai des amis militaires auxquels je tiens (je savais pas qu’ils seraient militaires enfant avant de m’attacher à eux), donc je demande un poil de responsabilité morale.

      J’aime pas l’idée de mettre du sang sur mes mains. Donc j’incite vraiment à un esprit critique, et à remonter à wikileaks tout ce qui pourrait mettre en danger des vrais humains vrais. Ca pourrait être quelqu’un qu’on connaît.
