Des vidéos très explicites, confirmées par les militants de l’opposition syrienne, le montrent : la coalition internationale conduite par les États-Unis a effectué en fin de semaine dernière plusieurs bombardements au phosphore blanc sur la ville de Raqqa, fief syrien de l’organisation État islamique. Ce composant, qui peut brûler et tuer une personne, est pourtant interdit dans des zones où les civils sont proches des forces armées.
