Depuis 2012, la police marseillaise a déployé d’énormes moyens pour contrer les trafics meurtriers dans les cités. Les interpellations sont en forte hausse, les règlements de comptes aussi. Et les dealers se réinstallent systématiquement. « Tant qu’il y aura de la demande, il y aura de l’offre et les réseaux se réorganiseront », reconnaît un policier des Stups.

Le 8 juillet 2013 Yep ! Mais quel joli site que que le site internet de Taser France. On y découvre de bien beaux outils de travail, entre autre pour la police municipale. Et on s’y informe ! Ainsi, il faut savoir que grâce au Taser, le taux de blessures sur les policiers est réduit de 70% tandis que celui des suspects diminue de 40%, ce qui ne manquera pas de faire une belle jambe aux quelques 500 morts américains, tasés sans vergogne par les cognes made in U.S.A depuis 2001. Šikaniranje radnika u fabrici kokica ,,#Nataïs“ u Francuskoj - #ASI-MUR

Dva otpuštena radnika fabrike kokica ,,Natais“ iz Bezerila u Francuskoj naći će se ovih dana i pred sudom zbog toga što su navodno oklevetali svog bivšeg poslodavca iznevši na internet blogu u kakvim uslovima su radili. Oni su naveli da su radnici ove fabrike izlože-ni dijacetilu, jedinjenju koje se, zbog teškog oblika bronhitisa koji izaziva, sarkastično na-ziva i ,,plućima popkorn radnika“. Dijacetil je komponenta veštačke arome maslaca koja se koristi u ,,mikrotalasnoj“ tehnologiji proizvodnje kokica, a bronchitis obliterans je neizlečiv oblik bronhitisa koji izaziva smrt. Radnicima ,,Nataisa“ nisu date čak ni maske kako bi se zaštitili od otrovnih isparenja, a pri-likom rada izloženi su i ekstremno visokim temperaturama. Oko 80% radnika ove fabrike imaju status privremeno zaposlenih. Često su primorani da rade i nedeljom, a plata je bedna.

Sindikalna unija #ZSP-MUR iz Poljske iskazala je ogorčenje zbog ovog slučaja, poručivši upra-vi ,,Nataisa“ da će pratiti ovaj slučaj i obavesti-ti javnost o šikaniranju koje se sprovodi nad radnicima ove fabrike. ,,Upozorićemo radnike da ne traže posao u vašoj firmi, a potrošače da ne kupuju vaše proizvode“, naglašava se u saopštenju ZSP-a. ,,Svi mi treba da borimo za odbranu prava radnika, posebno onih koji su otvoreno progovorili o uslovima u kojima rade. Pozivamo drugove širom sveta da iskažu podršku slanjem imejlova kompaniji na adresu info@popcorn.fr“

On Thursday, December 13, 2012, former workers from the Natais #popcorn factory in Bézéril, France will go to trial for supposed „defamation” of their ex-employer, for talking about their working conditions on a blog.

Among the problems the workers faced was exposure to #Diacetyl. This chemical can cause bronchitis obliterans, also known as „popcorn workers’ lung”, or other serious respiratory illnesses. Diacetyl is a component of the artificial butter flavor used in microwave popcorn. Bronchitis obliterans is irreversible and can lead to death.

The workers at Natais popcorn factory are not even given masks to protect themselves from the vapors. They also must work in extreme heat. Around 80% of the people at the factory are temporary workers. The work is hard, people are sometimes forced to work on Sundays, the pay is bad.

There was even a strike at the factory. A year-end bonus was won, but then the union called off the strike. Some workers however tried to keep fighting. For trying to speak out against these conditions, a case was brought against 2 of the strikers, now former workers of the company.

The #ZSP-IWA has sent the following protest to the company:

The ZSP, Union of Syndicalists, Poland, is writing concering the situation of the workers being sued for supposed defamation of your company.

We are outraged by the fact that workers who are exposed to extremely dangerous substances such as Diacetyl, without any special protection, and who have no employment stability are also being subjected to this legal repression by your company.

We demand that instead of repressing those who are trying to fight for their rights, health and decent working conditions, that you ensure their safety, provide better working conditions and apply the correct collective agreement for them.

We will follow this case and inform the public of your actions. We also will warn workers against seeking employment with your firm, and consumers against purchasing your products.

The ZSP sends its solidarity to the workers and all its moral support. We all need to fight to defend the rights of workers, especially to speak openly against their conditions, a right which is coming increasingly under attack by the bosses and their servants who administer law and injustice.

Le 19 décembre 2011, la société pharmaceutique Roche a licencié sans donner de raison un activiste de l’Union des Syndicalistes de Pologne. L’ordre a été donné directement au bureau central de la société, en Suisse. L’employé a du immédiatement quitter le lieu de travail et aucune raison n’a été donnée en forme écrite.

Le licenciement est survenu juste après la publication dans la presse de plusieurs articles sur l’activité sociale du travailleur licencié. Étant donné le manque de raisons convaincantes du licenciement, il apparaît que cette décision était liée à l’activité au sein de la ZSP.

Notre compagnon lutte non seulement pour retrouver son ancien poste de travail, mais aussi pour la reconnaissance de son statut en tant que travailleur et le paiement de toutes les cotisations qui lui sont dues. Le travail sans contrat de travail fixe est une pratique quotidienne à Roche Pologne. Le travailleur licencié aurait été dû être le dernier embauché avec un contrat permanent par la société.
Roche emploie un bon nombre de travailleurs sur contrats à court terme, et un nombre aussi important de travailleurs qui ne possèdent pas des liens formels avec la société, par exemple étant des auto-enterpreneurs factices. Les travailleurs fondent leurs propres entreprises et facturent Roche à travers des intermédiaires externes. Tout cela sert Roche pour éviter de payer les congés payés, congés de maladie, de maternité, ainsi que la sécurité sociale et indemnités de licenciement.
En même temps, dans les années 2010-2011, Roche a reçu des subventions généreuses de la part du gouvernement polonais à fin de « créer des postes de travail ».

L’Union des Syndicalistes de Pologne annonce la lutte pour la réintégration de l’employé licencié et la reconnaissance de son statut d’employé, ainsi qu’une campagne d’information destinée au public et aux employés, concernant les droits des travailleurs qui se trouvent dans ces circonstances. Bien que l’emploi informel est un problème énorme en Pologne, les syndicats ne s’occupent pas du problème de l’auto-entreprenariat factice, bien que cette catégorie d’employés est discriminée de beaucoup de façons.

La Pologne est un leader parmi les pays de l’Union Européenne en ce qui concerne le nombre de personnes employées sur contrats dits « de poubelle ». Un gain de 40% a été constaté en 2011 dans le nombre d’embauchés par les agences de travail temporaire. Le pourcentage des employés à moins de 30 ans qui sont employés sur des contrats fixes atteint à peine 20%. Et les statistiques ci-dessus ne comprennent même pas les auto-entrepreneurs factices, qui comptent en tant que « entreprises » . Il est estimé, que le nombre « d’entrepreneurs » en Pologne est le plus élevé en Europe.

Roche a suivi une politique de travail autour du Code du travail afin de priver les travailleurs de leurs droits en tant que salariés, ce qui entraîne la précarisation croissante de la main-d’œuvre . Je vous écris ceci pour que vous sachiez que cette politique ne sera pas tolérée et que je soutiens fermement les employés de Roche et anciens salariés qui se battent pour leurs droits dans leur lutte contre les licenciements abusifs et les pratiques déloyales de travail.

Comment ROCHE peut prétendre être une entreprise éthique, quand dans le même temps les droits fondamentaux des travailleurs sont brisés dans les lieux de travail appartenant à ROCHE ?

Although all the reports are not in, we know that various types of actions occurred in about 35 cities across the globe. The actions ranged from informational pickets to stickers, posters and banners being put on the restaurants.

The #ZSP participated with an informational picket in #Warsaw and distributing leaflets about the situation. (See text below) We chose the most centrally located Dominos, on al. Jerozolimskie, hanging banners over the restaurant. The owner showed up and took photos to send in to Dominos; we suppose that people were asked to report on the actions. He then invited the protesters and police in to have #pizza. We know that at another picket (in Berkeley, California), the owner went so far to offer free pizza to the customers.
