@ITV @SkyNews and others suppress the full scale of the ICJ proceedings or how much spin is put on the ICJ ruling the facts will remain the same:
1. The ICJ accepted it had jurisdiction to deal with South Africa’s allegation that Israel was guilty of Genocide.
2. South Africa has standing to bring the case.
3. The ICJ found allegations of Genocide to be plausible and outlined the statements made by Israeli politicians that support intent to commit Genocide.
4. The ICJ found if Isreal was left to its own decisions the harm to Palestinians would be irreparable.
5. It ordered Israel to prevent Genocidal acts contained in Article II of the Genocide Act.
6. It ordered the increase of humanitarian aid.
7. Israel was ordered to report in 1 month to the ICJ what steps it has taken to prevent Genocide or face further sanction.
8. The ICJ called for the immediate release and unconditional release of hostages.
9. The allegation of Genocide against Israel will proceed to a full trial - Israel will be on trial for #Genocide.
10. Palestinians in #Gaza continue to face a humanitarian catastrophe.
11. Defunding #UNRWA at this point is likely to be breach of the Genocide convention in its own right unless States provide direct aid to alleviate the humanitarian crisis.
12. There is a sufficient legal basis for national crime agencies to investigate Israeli war crimes.
13. It is NOW time for the International Criminal Court to issue arrest warrants for Israeli suspected war criminals.
