Terms of Service, Didn’t Read (ToS ;DR) note les sites les plus connus en fonction de leurs #CGU plus ou moins favorables à l’internaute et protectrices de ses données personnelles. Il y a les bonnets d’ânes : d’abord Facebook et sa licence très extensive d’appropriation des contenus des utlisateurs, ensuite des services comme Skype (communication) et Twitpic (partage de photos) dont les CGU portent à caution. A l’inverse, il y a de bons élèves : ToS ;DR recommande notamment le petit réseau social français #SeenThis. Pour @hugo Roy, « Wikipédia est aussi un parfait contre-exemple : les CGU sont bien vulgarisées, elles sont parfois révisées mais toujours rédigées en collaboration avec les utilisateurs. »
