Rather than address the pragmatic human rights needs of people who are blind and print-disabled by crafting a low-cost, easy-to-use solution, copyright and other IP industries, and their proxies in U.S. and E.U. trade offices, are holding a Treaty for the Blind hostage in order to build higher bulwarks to protect their monopoly right kingdoms.
