Deputy Minister of Transport Victor Olersky in December informed that the Northern Sea Route will be administrated from Moscow.
Both Murmansk and Arkhangelsk lost the fight for hosting the administration for the Northern Sea Route. The administration office will be located in Moscow “in order not to offend anyone”.
