Je viens de recevoir le Ma’idat Marlene min Halab, énorme livre de recettes d’Alep, ouvrage de référence de Marlène Matar :
Plus de 200 recettes dans un livre grand format. Entièrement en arabe (c’est logique, mais bon, hein…)

Après, y’a des épices, je sais pas trop où je vais les trouver… Genre j’adorerais refaire un moughrabiyeh à Paris, mais de là à trouver tous les ingrédients…
